Sharon’s experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the macro and micro aspects of transactions. She brings the judgment and insight necessary to help clients understand what is important, to identify and resolve deal structuring and negotiation issues, and to craft and implement strategies to reduce risks.

She assists clients with private corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, and corporate structurings. She also provides advice in respect of general commercial and contract law, corporate law, competition law and transportation law issues.
